We had our pool installed last summer by Quality Pools of Knoxville. We spoke to a couple of other pool companies before deciding on Quality Pools and we’re so happy with our decision. Martha was an amazing source of education and made us feel at ease about the whole process - we have never had an in-ground pool before. Steve and his crew did a beautiful job installing the pool and patio. They are truly good people to work with! Highly recommend!!

If you are looking for a good honest company to install your pool let Quality Pools of Knoxville do your install. They do what they say and do the job from start to finish with in house installers not contracted out to several different people. They have a wait list for a reason they do one pool at a time and do it right. I checked out several different companies and heard nothing but good things about them and I am glad I had them install my pool. I couldn't be happier with the hard work they did installing the pool and they are there after the install to help with anything you need. They are more like a honest family instead of a company.

Martha and the rest of the staff are some of the best people I've ever had service from. They've solved all of our problems over the past year and put us on track for being new too experienced Pool owners. If you have a pool and you're not going to Quality Pools of Knoxville and you're totally missing out on the best store in town!  

They helped me get my pool from swampy green to blue. They are the best. 

 

We purchased a house that has a pool built by Quality. Not only is it a wonderful

pool but we had Rusty come out for "pool school" to teach us about it since we are

first time pool owners. I can't say enough about the knowledge and customer service

Quality has given us. I highly recommend them for all of your pool needs!!

 

Unfortunately I used a competitor to install my pool. We were anxious to get started

so we were not willing to wait on Quality to install for us. What a mistake!!! Even though

I used someone else, Quality has gone above and beyond to fix several problems and

keep my pool and spa in line and enjoyable. The staff is great and always eager to take

time to show a new owner the in's and out's of pool maintenance. Thank you, thank you,

We are so happy we decided to use quality pools We contracted with another pool builder

but cancelled the contract because the builder was unresponsive. We look forward to

quality putting our pool in in March and could not be happier with their advise customer service

and professionalism.
